A landlord's boiler was leaking badly after another company's fan swap caused pin-hole leaks in the hydraulic manifold and flooded the main circuit board. We diagnosed, sourced the parts locally, and repaired it the same day.

Water building up from leaking pipework and a WC in the latex ceiling above an indoor swimming pool. We traced the source from the adjacent plant room, replaced the leaking pipe, repaired the WC, and arranged specialist ceiling repair.

Boiler and Component Upgrade in Hampton
A tricky install right on the Thames at Hampton. A cherry picker was needed to reach and swap the old boiler flue above a glass roof. We fitted a new Vaillant boiler, magnetic filter, motorised valves, expansion vessel, and unvented cylinder safety components, with a complimentary 10 year warranty as accredited Vaillant installers.

New Heating System at Truelove Funeral Directors, Sutton
A full heating system replacement for Truelove Funeral Directors in Sutton, a customer we first fitted a system for around 18 years ago. We stripped out the old cast-iron system and fitted a new Vaillant boiler, pump, motorised valves, and controls, working in stages to keep disruption to a minimum.
